Order Processing
All VYKN products are made to order. This means items are produced after your order is placed.
Production typically takes 2–5 business days before an order ships. During periods of high demand, production times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times after production:
United States: 3–7 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, and seasonal demand.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped using carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and product type.
Once an order has shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s delivery progress.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. VYKN is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If you notice an address error after placing an order, please contact us immediately.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
