Because VYKN products are produced and fulfilled on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or changes of mind.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. After review, we may provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or misuse are not eligible for replacement or refund.
If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.
